What we collect

Only what we need to reply to you and keep the site working:

• Details you give us. Your name, email, and phone number when you submit the booking form, plus anything you tell us during a call.
• Call recordings and transcripts. Calls to our demo line are recorded and transcribed so we can improve the AI receptionist. You are told this at the start of the call.
• Basic usage data. Pages visited, referring site, approximate region, browser and device type — collected in aggregate, not tied to your name.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal information.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, schedule and run the call you asked for, deliver work you have engaged us for, keep the site secure, and improve our own products. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf — scheduling, email, hosting, analytics, and the speech and language models behind the voice receptionist. They may only use it to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us. Demo call recordings are kept for ninety days. Client project records are kept for seven years where tax and contract law requires it. After that we delete or anonymise.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop contacting you, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though as above, we do not sell it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we will not treat you differently for exercising them. Email us and we will respond within forty-five days.

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block them in your browser; the site will still work, though some conveniences will not persist between visits.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell you directly.
